RP/Encore was founded in London 2009, showcasing unusual and intricate non gender specific jewellery cast from and inspired by nature.
Using “lost wax” casting techniques, RP/Encore now takes clippings of human hair and sculpts it into fine sterling silver and 14ct gold jewellery. As symbolic as it is unusual, this process ensures that each hair used in the initial design is burnt out and replaced exactly by the fine metal it is cast in.

Since it’s inception, RP/Encore has been fortunate enough to be featured in a wide range of international press and publications suck as UK Vogue, ELLE USA, CNN, and Vice Magazine. In 2011 Selfridges Department Store selected RP/Encore as one of only 20 designers to be awarded the title of “Bright Young Thing” alongside designers Christopher Shannon and Simone Rocha. You will also find RP/Encore showcased in a number of hardback books published by Thames and Hudson and Gestalten.
In 2013 RP/Encore moved from the bustling streets of London to the sunny palm lined avenues of Los Angeles CA.
